What's gender discrimination?

Gender discrimination means  discriminative treatment of the woman. It begins with the birth of the female child. Many parents in fact in financially constraint families want to have male children so that they can help their parents in earning and contributing to family income. In the being socio- profitable set up,  male children are best suited to this purpose. 

What are the effects of gender discrimination on girls?

This difference affects the girls physically and mentally. The girls are born into an  unpleasant world. Still, they're assigned, rather confined to domestic chores. Some of these girls may be at academy. But all their work whether domestic or academic stops as soon as they're married off, which is the  high concern of the parents about their daughters. This discriminative treatment has some long- term negative effects on the body and mind of the girl children and women in a family. They're given to understand that they should keep the stylish food available for  the male members in the family; that they should eat  lower than the male members; that they shouldn't raise their voice when they speak; that they shouldn't go out of their house without  authorization from and without being  attended by the  male members. All these shape the girls' thinking about life and the world, and go to establish their connections with the  male members in the family. As a result, they suffer  further than their  male counterparts from malnutrition and anaemia which make them vulnerable to colorful conditions performing in a high mortality rate. 

What's the remedy of gender discrimination?

Society considers the women to be weaker in strength and wisdom. So they're faced with discrimination in the spheres of employment and career structure. This problem of gender discrimination can be answered creating general  mindfulness among the people about the  bents and  significance of the  woman and removing social superstition prevailing among them.

Conclusion:

When the women are  duly educated, they will be in a position to prove their worth, capability and  gift and  also the unmerited discrimination against them will  evaporate automatically.
